Three piano pieces based on traditional pentatonic scales for Level 3 piano students.
 
1. Oriental Lullaby.
 A very delicate study in expression and touch, written using the black keys of Gb major pentatonic. Both hands play an octave higher than written, with both pedals held throughout.

2. Blossoms In The Rain.
Written using a traditional E minor pentatonic scale. Sensitive pedalling and gently arpeggiated LH chords will enhance the character of this delicate piece. 

3. Oriental Dance.
A bright, happy piece with staccato phrases contrasted by quieter, more delicate  phrases. Written using Gb major pentatonic scale.
