The Saints' Hallelujah by The Canadian Brass Horn - Digital Sheet Music

By The Canadian Brass

This is an adaptation of The Canadian Brass's famous arrangement for Horn Octet or Horn Choir with parts for optional bass guitar/tuba and drum set. Legend has it that their arranger, Luther Henderson, originally created it for a Royal Command Performance before Queen Elizabeth. In the preparation for the performance, The Canadian Brass was given a list of some of the Queen's favorite musical titles, and both When The Saints Go Marching in and Handel's Hallelujah Chorus were on that list - and the rest is history!  The arrangement has parts for optional tuba/bass guitar and drum set, but plays well with just Horn Octet or Horn Choir.   And, a "tip 'o the hat" to Herr Strauss for lending us a lustige streiche at measure 65.  Chord symbols are included in some of the parts for those who might want to play some Dixie-style improvisation.
