By Eric Clapton. By Eric Clapton. Arranged by Geoff Cottrell. Contemporary,Rock. Score. 4 pages. Geoffrey Cottrell #1933541. Published by Geoffrey Cottrell (A0.866314).

'Wonderful Tonight' is one of Eric Clapton's greatest offerings - a deceptively simple song with a great and memorable melody, about arriving at a party with the most beautiful woman imaginable. "Wonderful Tonight" has long been a first-dance staple at wedding receptions. Eric Clapton wrote the song in 1976 while waiting for his girlfriend, Pattie Boyd, to get ready for a party. In this early/intermediate level arrangement, the pianist's right hand plays the melody while the left supplies the chords, guitar style. Chord symbols are included. This arrangement will be useful for a variety of occasions, including parties, weddings etc., and also just for the simple pleasure of playing a fine melody.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
