  • November 18, 2012 These Arrangements Stink

These arrangements are written as if Mr. Stan Pethel procrastinated and had to finish them in one night so he could turn them in on time at school the next day. The arrangements are uninspired and dull. Most of them follow the same pattern, and thus get old very fast...

. These arrangements will bore your ensemble even if your ensemble is full of people who have only been playing their instruments for one week.

  • October 15, 2012 Awful

It is awful. The accompaniment tracks are clearly computer-generated MIDI with terrible instrumental sounds. There is no way this should be used as accompaniment track for a soloist. Over-simplified, boring, and ...well you get the picture. The ad says for advanced and beginners alike which is highly deceiving...

    and inaccurate! Don't buy this.

This product claims to be for advanced and beginner alike. That should have gotten my attention. The accompaniment is horrible! As an advanced musician, I cannot imagine playing this in front of other people.

This product--with piano/score is good for including all levels of musicians in your worship experience. Beginners can play the melody that is included in all parts books. Advanced musicians can play the ensemble accompaniment. Piano recommended. The CD is produced from electronic keyboard.

  • September 12, 2009 MIDI accompaniment tracks!

This book's accompaniment CD is very cheap, obviously a MIDI track. I refuse to play anything from this book at my church!
