  • November 03, 2008 Perfect Mood Song

"What'll I Do?" is a perfect song to create a mood for the audience you perform for vocally. This song resonates with the lyrics and melody that brings memories of the 40's to anyone listening to it. Simple yet so sincere in the loss and longing expressed.

  • June 21, 2006 One of 5 Great Pop Waltzes

As a working pianist, this is the song I always choose when asked to play a waltz, especially if the crowd is over 50. The lyrics are very meaningful, and the melody is simplicity itself. Other waltzes I would include are "Fascination," "If You Were the Only Girl in the...

World", "True Love", and "The Tennesee Waltz." This tops my list, however. I would like to see a bit more "creative" chords used, though the ones chosen are fairly standard.
