Although it appears difficult at first, one can see Wes's playing patterns. For the intermediate guitarist, I would recommend an "Arpeggio/Scales/Mode" book. Wes plays mostly melody over chords, a book like that would help one get the most out this book. The songs are arranged wonderfully.

This trully is an amazing book and it just goes to show how much of a genius he really was. This book is no good to you unless you are at a grade 8 standard, even then it is a challenge. But you will find it very rewarding after hearing...

Wes' recordings for years and finally being able to make your guitar "speak" like his, great stuff!
