  • June 13, 2008 Great Piece.

This piece is awesome and totally appropriate to play at a solo/ensemble competition for school. The thing that is so great about these pieces are both parts get the melody very equally, this is rare in music. I'm happy playing first or second, they are both interesting and...

gratifying to play, i would highly reccoment this piece.

This is a wonderful peice to play. It surely isn't a beginners piece, but it sounds wonderful once you learn how to play it.

  • March 09, 2006 The most beautiful concerto by Bach

As a professional violinist I played it several times and I think the second movement is one of the best classical pieces ever written.

  • February 24, 2006 Absolutely jaw dropping

absolutely invigorating and alive full of non stop bow movements and interesting for both first and second violin to play, each has a beautiful dialouge with one another and work extreamely well together when played well by two advanced/intermediate violin students, yet another successful acheivment by Bach
