Walz (A0.767627).When I conducted a survey of church members a few years ago, I asked them to give me the name of a favorite hymn, and Victory in Jesus topped the list. It's a great gospel hymn to sing...and to play. My rendition is a little more contemporary-sounding than the original, but Grandma says that's just fine with her (I think she was the first one to vote for this hymn.) I added some fingering for ms. 24-26 just for good measure. An enjoyable song, and if you survey your congregation, watch those ballot boxes! (Key of D, no key changes, intermediate level, approximately 2 minutes in length, 4 pp.)
