Very nice play-along CD. The artist is very good. There is an energy to the music. The arrangements usually have challenging spots due to range, so that has encouraged me to increase my playing range. Lots of key changes, but they add to the excitement of the music. I...

bought the music because I needed to add a patriotic song to my repertoire. I was looking for one that wasn't too hard to master quickly, but was more interesting than the average. Due to the range to D above the staff, and keys of Eb and E, I am still working on "American Medley". But I am enjoying every minute of practice on that tune and the whole book. Many wonderful faith songs. My favorite is "Sound the Trumpet".

Both collections by David O'Neill are great! I never get tired of playing these in rehearsal and have performed several in church. The numbers cover several themes and styles and are a joy to play.Practicing these can help improve your endurance and range.
