I really loved this musical. I wasn't sure I would at first, because who can enjoy a tragedy? However, once I saw it, I immediately fell in love with the way it connected you with the actual people and the event. It is like an old Greek Tragedy, you...

leave sad, but feeling hope and cleansed.

The Titanic was a tragedy. It was sad and horrifying and terrible- oh, and by the way, I'm going to the musical tomarrow?! The Titanic isn't an event people can narrate and fake and dance and sing to! I think it's terrible that this is even a...

musical- not to the mention the music doesn't even start to show the love and terror and sorrow this disaster caused! This is terrible!

The music from "Titanic: The Musical" is some of the most gorgeous and empassioned that I've ever heard. This vocal arrangement is fabulose, but as I understand it, it is difficult for the pianist. The music, especially songs like "No Moon" or "Barrett's Song" are excelent audition songs...

  • October 23, 2005 Beautiful score!

TITANIC: THE MUSICAL has some of the most beautiful music I've ever heard in a Broadway show. I saw TITANIC on it's National Tour. It has splendid music, but I wouldn't recomend it to anyone who is a beginner...it is rather hard music. It is, however...

  • October 18, 2000 Busy, but sounding good.

It's a tad bit too busy for your average pianist. At times there is too much on the page to possibly play in tempo. Still, with a little faking it here and there, it grooves nicely. Well done Mr. Yeston!
