Guitar
Composed by Luys de Narvaez (1526-1549). Arranged by Rui Namora. Renaissance. 9 pages. Published by Rui Namora (S0.49145).

Item Number: S0.49145

Published in 1538 in Valladolid, Spain, the "Los seys libros del Delphin" are a collection of fantasies, variations (diferencias) and songs written for the vihuela and for vihuela and voice. This transcription from the original tablature contains two fantasies (X and XI) and a song by Jean Richafort. I advise the use of scordatura (3rd - F#) and the use a capo to maintain the original resonance. This arrangement is carefully and thoroughly fingered.
