The sketches are in a variety of forms, including sarabande, march, fanfare, chaconne, barcarolle, fugue and others. Can also be played by flute/oboe/clarinet trio and appropriate transpositions are provided. Although there are a number of trios for two oboes and English horn available, there are very few for oboe, oboe d'amore, and English horn. Five sketches, Open Fifths, Nocturne, Fanfare, Baroque/Barcarolle, and Rhythmic, are included in the sound clip, played by Thea Davison, oboe; Gary Friedman, oboe d’amore; and Moira Little, English horn. Duration:sketches range from about 1 to 3 ½ minutes Year: 2010 – 2011.
