SATB choir and piano - Medium
Composed by J. Aaron McDermid. Epiphany. Octavo. Published by MorningStar Music Publishers (MN.50-6056).

Item Number: MN.50-6056

An expressive and meditative piece for SATB choir and piano. John Wesley's text addresses our yearning to move from brokenness to reconciliation with God. The choral writing is quite accessible, with melodious lines for all singers. The beautiful harmonic colorings throughout make the work a joy to sing.

This song stuck with me. I think a work in a minor key has a lot more feeling to it for some reason. This is pretty easy compared to how complex it sounds, like when one voice is going up against another going down. I don't know the terminology...

. I think this person is a great composer and hope I sing a lot more of his stuff in the future!!!! This piece is SO PRETTY!!!
