  • March 01, 2007 Somewhat disappointment

I hoped I was purchasing something that didn't have the melody played all the way through in the right hand. For example in "Why" the original CD is so beautiful...but this version makes it very difficult to sing and perform using this accompaniment. I wish I could find...

an accompaniment version like the original CD recording.

well, i don't think you could possibly truly ruin nicole's music, its fantasic, but the fact that the melody is plunked in the right hand is VERY annoying, especially to sing along to. Where are the beautiful accompaniments on the album?...also, i think people should go clear...

to the back and give 'why' a try...best song in the book!

  • November 18, 2002 OK - but nix the melody line

This is a wonderful album by Nichole. It's unfortunate that the accompaniment music book includes the melody plunked out in the right hand - at the expense of melodic accompaniment that could have been included instead. You're forced to use the chords for the right hand, making it awkward...

to play when accompanying a singer. I much prefer Ginny Owens' songbooks, which follow the recording very closely.

  • October 25, 2002 This was totally awesome!!

This Mystery raises issues that we all faced with in our lives. The music and especially the lyrics were COMPLETELY inspired and breathed by God, and should not be taken lightly. Almost everyone I know that has listened to this fell on their face before God.

i love Nichole Nordeman's music. i sang "Every Season" for a project in my english class. eveyone loved it. this book is ok. i didn't like that the melody is in the piano part. it takes away from the quality of the song.
