  • December 06, 2007 The Wiz Play At Westfield High School

Westfield High School just put on the most amazing show of the Wiz. Dorthy played by Martina Green performed the finale song "Home" and brought the audience to tears. She is a pretty small kid but has a powerful voice. Best high school show ever.....

  • July 28, 2002 Very easy to 'Ease On Down'

This selection of songs is from the movie version of The Wiz, and not the Broadway show. The downside is that you lose the better written songs that the Tinman and The Wiz had in the show. The upside is one of the best songs added, Michael Jackson's "You...

Can't Win". To pluck out the vocals on a keyboard is not difficult but to actually play the songs is no hard task for any pianist with good music reading skills. This is no miss since you have great songs including, "Ease On Down The Road", "Home" and "Brand New Day", written by the likes of Charlie Smalls, Quincy Jones and Lutehr Vandross.
