    Difficulty Level:
  • January 09, 2008 Be Amazed at What Your Students Can Do

The Way to Play I and II cover the same material as Music for Piano level 1, but split over two years. It is for students in the 6-7 year range for level I and 7-8 for level II. Follow this book with Music for Piano Book 2...

, not 3. At the end of this book, students play in all keys with I and V7 chords in three-note versions. Shifting positions occur at the end of the book. Transposition and creativity are highlights of the course. The Teacher's Manuals are essential for the course, as is the use of Reading and Writing II.
