"10 sets of door beads?"..."8 disco balls?"..."12 lava lamps?"...This isn't your momma's "Twelve Days"! No, it's Greg Gilpin's novel retro rendition that pays a groovy tribute to 1970s pop culture. Holiday hilarity abounds in this number available for all choirs with a sense of humor. The biggest challenge in this choice is finding another selection to follow it! Platform shoes and leisure suits are optional.

Many people in my chorus enjoy the song, this is definitely a fun and interesting twist for the "12 days of Christmas" and the disco groove is unexpected to the beginning soft smooth legato songs. I hope you enjoy the song as much as I did, and this song will...

be impossible to keep your feet.

I am in chorous at my middle school and we have to sing it for the christmas concert. The boys don't really like it and when thet=y sing "come on baby light my fire" everyone starts to laugh uncontrolable for the rest of the song.
