  • March 10, 2009 Review on The New Merle Haggard Anthology

Mainly interested in learning the correct version of Oakie from Muskogee. This is a great song to start on and am looking forward to some of the other songs in this book. Have been taking guitar and singing about a year, hope this helps someone else. Great Book of Songs...

  • November 20, 2004 As a Haggard Fan

My entire adult life i've been a fan of Merle Haggard and when i started to play the accordeon again after a long time i wanted to play Hag songs of course. But you need the music on paper to do it correctly. So, i ordered this book and...

now i play Haggard on the accordeon together with my wife on keyboard. Fantastic! This book is a great help. So, when you are a Hag fan and want to play his best songs, you need this book!
