We are asked to sing this every year @ the Fort Snelling Chapel on Veteran's day. It is a great piece and one of my favorites. I can supply a recording of same if contacted.

Have just heard the "taster", can't wait to try this with the choir and brass band here in the UK. The chord change lifts it from a "so-so" hymn to a stirring anthem to the fallen!

This beautiful piece was performed at President Reagan's beautiful memorial srvice. This key will suit average singers; trained singers may prefer a slightly more aggressive (higher) key. My men's quartet will perform this at a 2008 New Year's Eve patriotic event. I also bought the solo version...

to perform at future funerals of servicemen and women (for which I perform at no charge).

We did this as our first ever TTBB piece for the full choir. The parts were easy enough to learn and the accompaniment complimented the voices nicely. The words were particularly poignant in this military town. Great piece for any memorial services.
