I, too, bought this book to get "Blah Blah Blah". It turns out, there's lots of other material in here (much of it that's not performed often so it will be fresh and new for your audience and for you) that makes it a really worthwhile purchase.

  • May 09, 2008 Deceptively tricky songs

I bought this book to get the score for 'Blah Blah Blah', a parody of all the love songs you ever heard (blah blah blah the moon, blah blah blah swoon, etc). It's very funny but harder than it looks to get it right. As with all comedy, timing...

and keeping straight face is the essence. There are some very witty and clever items in this book. Mostly they stand the test of time fairly well, although some are dated (and could be updated)
