I love the layout. Division to small chunks of information on practicing and theory, makes it a great support for developing your guitar skills. The range of knowledge in this book is huge, but you can easily pick said "chunks" of most interest to you and come back for more...

or for reference. It is simple one of the best buys for me.

I'm starting to get the feeling that Mark Dziuba has really hit on a goldmine when it comes to this book. It has had me returning to it over and over and not allowing me to put it down for a second. In terms of the amount of Jazz...

exercises, scales, modes, theory, and overall jazz application, this book is a must for any experienced or aspiring Jazz musician. As an avid collector of hundreds of instructional cassettes, books, CD's, videos, DVD's, and software for guitar, I just cannot say enough about this book. (Maybe the reason I've spent such a small fortune on instructional material is because there just isn't enough quality stuff as exhaustive and detailed as this book in this field. Mark, I wholeheartedly thank you and await any new instructional projects you may have waiting in the wings. I am truly a fan for life.

Though this book was written with guitarists in mind, it is a wonderful resource for any improvising musician. I am a singer, and find that it offers a clear way to think about improvising, and lots of great ideas to try as you refine your skills. It's hard to...
