Very relaxing, easy to play. Bittersweet and contemplative.

  • April 23, 2009 Simple but hard

Like the music of Michael Nyman or Philip Glass, these pieces are musically minimalistic, but looks can be deceiving. Beautiful melodies. But it did take almost 3 months to get the music (it's an import)

This music is amazing, haunting, easy enough to just sit down and play, yet deep enough to really delve in with more time and attention.

  • March 18, 2008 Haunting and beautiful

A series of the best known solos for piano that offer all levels of difficulty but guarantee emotional harmonies and melodies, they are also good as warm up exercises if preparing for more difficult pieces or drills. I have played piano for 20 years and I am not very good...

at reading music (with no sightreading skills), however I did not have problems, Einaudi's style is linearly simple but very beautiful. I think it would be a useful teaching tool at all levels.
