This is a wonderful compilation of Satie pieces. Though most are not technically challenging, they do require a high level of musical caliber to pull them off successfully. Notations in the score are given in both the original French and in English translations (though the editors seemed to have forgotten...

to translate a couple parts). My only real quarrel is with the binding; I received this book in December, and after several months of near-daily playing, I still have to clip the book back with clothespins to get it to stay open while I play. It's problematic for pieces longer than 2 pages!

I just love this edition. It has some quirky cartoon pictures and includes the beutiful descriptors of how sections should be played in French and English.
