Not being familar with this title I actually expected to find (sheet) music etched in 'Tempered Steel'. Disappointed. Pat Metheny is my favorite performer. I reccomend that you listen to 'Are You Going With Me'.

MSBOA! Thumbs up for this song.

This fast paced song is great for those who love the adrenaline rush. Based off the Hexachord, This piece displays dissonance which is pleasurable to the ear. The main theme, based off of a major B-flat arpeggio, is the setting for how people have endured hardships in life, and...

have become "tempered," like steel. This is a very herioc and exciting piece. It will take an outstanding band to make it not seem repetitive. This will be a great challange for any band, but it is worth it because it is such a great piece
