Teklanika: an emerald from Cantwell was composer for the Denali N.P. Music Festival inspired by the Teklanika River flowing down from the Cantwell Glacier.  The music takes the audience on a journey beginning in the glaciers of far off misty mountains, trickling down growing into a river, dancing across the open meadows, and out the sea rising back up to the clouds.

Teklanika is an accessible single movement piece the is sure to inspire and please and audience.
