Exploiting all the possibilities of dialogue between the two performers, Swords of Power was inspired by the movie "Excaliber". The first movement finishes with a brisk ending of trading 32nd notes. The second movement is much more groove-oriented, with maracas going throughout. While one performer is playing the groove, the other is soloing over top with rock and funk fills. Audiences will love it!

With two nearly identical set-ups, "Swords of Power" is an impressive piece in two movements: "Orcrest: The Goblin Cleaver" and "Glamdring: The Foe Hammer."
