Originally composed for string orchestra, Gustav Holst wrote St. Paul's Suite (Op. 29, No. 2) in 1912 and named it after the St. Paul's Girls' School, where he was Director of Music, in gratitude for building him a soundproof studio. This is the first movement of the most famous piece he wrote for the students at St. Paul's, arranged for 2 Pianos. 2 Parts included.
