I am a classical guitarist who has been playing classical for three years and before I studied alot of pickstyle and I would reccomend this book to anyone who want's to play classical pickstyle and classical violin solo's-because you can attain high speeds with much practice.. I...

believe in minimal motion and I do not believe in the arched sideway's twist of the hand that he says can improve the reach of the hand-you can keep your hand straight and in time still do the same stuff whithout damaging yourself or getting carpal tunnel or tendonitis-some of the positions are flawed-but other than that it's a great book. I play alot of violin solos up to the speed of the original violin pieces and I would reccomend this book to anyone who want's to attain both accuracy and speed with the pick.
