This Schubert sonata is wonderful for the advanced violist. My teacher recommended this specific edition for me to begin learning in preparation for college. It arrived on time and in perfect condition.

While normally transcribed for cello, the sonata is lovely and satisfying on the viola. Good transcription and editing.

basically, this piece is amazing. at first, the piece comes off as very simple, though as you play it more, it becomes more and more difficult because of the great attention schubert pays to detail. i love this piece. it is amazing. at first glance the technique involved is overlooked...

but this piece is just one of a kind and i suggest buying it. now. :)
