    This is an enjoyable piece often performed by Sigurd Rascher, which allows for increasing one's technical and sonorus abilities.

  • March 05, 2008 Harder than it looks. But very fun.

    Rascher's arrangement of Sonata No.3 is a very interesting solo to play on the Alto Sax. 4 Movements (2 slow, 2 fast) The first movement is technically easy, but its tiring. The second movement can very hard if still weak with tounging. But it can be very musical...

    . It is very do-able for advanced saxophonists or even doublers from clarinet (like me) Good buy.
