Composed by G. F. Handel. Arranged by Brett Thompson (Four and Twenty Music). Baroque. Score and parts. 20 pages. Brett Thompson #432227. Published by Brett Thompson (A0.851512).

This wonderful work by Handel is thought to have been written originally for oboe in the key of F major and subsequently transcribed for flute in G . It has become a favourite in the flute repertoire after Walsh, of London, first published it around 1726. In the present edition, a large number of interpretive suggestions have been made to assist the less experienced student, however, an unedited urtext copy of the flute part is also included.
