    Pilot Grove
    Difficulty Level:
  • May 20, 2009 Great Book

This book is one of great quality and diversity. There's everything from Bach to Dvorak and Chopin. There is a pull-out saxophone book, with only the sax part, and then the accompianments. The accomps. are not TOO difficult, and the pieces range from moderatly easy to rather hard...

. This is a great collection to get a sax music library started.

    Difficulty Level:
  • October 09, 2008 I like it.

I really enjoy this book. It has music at various difficulty levels, so it's suitable for several levels of playing ability. It includes music from a few of the best known composers; the only downside is that almost everything is a transcription. But, I enjoy it.

This book has a wide variety of music. Included are many different styles of music from Baroque to Romantic. Many of the great composers' music is in this book including: Bach, Haydn, Mozart, Dvorak, Chopin and more. This is a good book to expose younger players to all different styles...

of music. There is also a tenor sax version with more great pieces by great composers.
