From composer Eric Whitacre comes a brand new work, the lush and achingly beautiful Sleep. Commissioned by the Big East Consortium, this haunting chorale begins softly and slowly blossoms to a powerful climax.     Eric Whitacre is wonderful at making images into beautiful music. I fell in love with this piece from the first time I played it at a summer camp. This piece really takes you through a dream.

    This is a great piece for a commited band.When I fist heard this I fell in love with it. I'm only 15 and this piece made me cry the first time I heard it.
