I bought this book to learn to play "Davidsbundler" op6. It has modified previous editions and has introduced many errors. So far, accidentals omitted, the disposition of the music between the hands has been altered to a less playable format. The repeat signs are omitted. Although this gets rid of...

first and second time bars, it makes the music longer, and therefore introduces page turns. However no consideration is made for when these page turns happen, so it is actually less convenient than having repeat signs. It represents a step backwards in terms of playability and accuracy for the sake of a more modern print font and an updated appearance.
