    This work was composed for me a few years ago, and it has become my favorite solo saxophone piece. Wonderfully evocative of a gentle and calming world; it has flourishes of sound, melody and a zen-like appeal to the emotions. It is just the right length for the player...

    , about 5 minutes, for any recital program. A great Canadian work for saxophone. Thank you Hope.
