This humorous nod to the "B" monster movies of the 1950s is sure to be the hit of your next concert! The blood-curdling scream in the introdcuction sets the mood for the wild ride ahead. A great way to introduce your students to a variety of modern techniques and effects, including glissandos, Bartók pizzicatos, ponticello and more.... all clearly explained and notated. The only trouble you'll have with this piece is getting your students to stop playing it! This title is available in SmartMusic.

We played this piece for our orchestra concert in October of 2008. The different effects added in to the piece made the piece really sound in the Halloween spirit! The effects really surprised some of the people in the audience, and the whole audience was very pleased. I've been...

playing violin for four years, and in terms of sound, I really enjoyed the effects that were added into the piece. A must have for a Halloween concert!!!
