It has been performed both with two flutes and piano and flute, soprano and piano. The soprano, in that version, uses jazz scatting syllables throughout.....there are no words other than that. It's in ABA form.....the A sections being fairly upbeat and definitely 'jazzy', while the B section is in a slower tempo, and very mellow.
