  • January 04, 2004 Awesome book for experienced drummers!!!

This book is a very good book and it is great for people who are looking for a challenge in triplets and in double bass drumming. Lars has excellent drumming in this album, so buy it now!!!

  • June 01, 2001 LEARN TO PLAY TRIPLETS ON DOUBLE BASS !

These transcriptions are quite amazing. "The call of Ktulu" helps a lot to feel Lars Ulrich drumming style - and it is not so hard to grasp. This book is very good but it lacks to show the diversity of Lars's cymbal use. The accent on this album is put...

on Lars's triplet mastery. I think it's just a bit strange to see that the transcriptions show most of the time Lars playing these triplets with one foot! Otherwise this is a great book featuring the best speed metal ever!
