    Arlington, MA
    Difficulty Level:
  • June 29, 2009 No cd?

Fantastic opportunity to try something else. The author recognize the difficulty to adapt to those different rythms 'sometime challenging'. How come there is no cd to go with it?!!!! It would hugely facilitate the process. Too bad.
