    Difficulty Level:
  • November 29, 2014 Poor print quality

This is not about the music or editorial notes, just the print quality. The edition I received looks like a poor photocopy. The notes are faded and hard to read. The paper is thin and very transparent. It doesn't even come close to comparing to a Henle or Alfred...

product in quality. If I am to spend years playing these pieces, I want a high-quality edition. I will be returning this one.

This edition is probably the standard for most classical pianists. It is closest to Chopin's original manuscripts

I love these pieces. Some are quite easy and others are a bit of a challenge. Overall they are worth learning.
