PRELUDE FOR TAG is a lyric solo for piano and Oboe, Flute or Violin. Ranges and technique are limited, It it was written for my daughter when she was a sophomore oboist at Berkner High School in Richardson, Texas. The solo may also be played on flute or violin...parts included. (The range of the solo line will also work for other instruments such as trumpet, clarinet, saxophone and you are welcome to transpose parts for those instruments). Tempos are flexible and the performers may add rubatos and subtle tempo changes as they feel fit the music. Time: ca 3 min.
