  • April 09, 2007 Great for So Many Reasons!

    I really like this piece. Our band was started in January of THIS YEAR and they can play the song. I like the fact that there are mezzo forte and mezzo piano parts (they hadn't learned that yet). The song is easy to play and even though they acted...

    embarrassed to be standing up and sitting down, they love it. One part that was too hard, we just edited out, but plan to use next year. Finally, the song is great to end a concert with because all of the students are standing up at the end of the song.
