    Difficulty Level:
  • July 09, 2010 Brilliant piece, challenging in places

This piece is very good for any band who have a lot of energy as it needs a spirited performance. The part writing is very good and interesting parts and rhythms are in all the parts. However, the tumpet parts are tricky as they go very high in the register...

, so I wouldn't recommend this for a band with less able trumpeters. I run a band in a university and we have to play this every year as it is by far our most popular piece.
