    Well-constructed and informative, this score should be in the collection of any serious student of orchestration. There are pages of background information on both Mussorgsky and Ravel and their relation to the music. The score itself is Ravel's orchestration, with Mussorgsky's original running beneath for comparison.

    AMAZING! a wonderful edition of Pictures at an Exhibition! with pretty interesting textual notes and a good price. Every conducutor needs. add this unforgetable piece to your library

    Its a must.You have the piano version underneath the orchestration so you can follow all the genius steps Ravel took while orchestrating it!
