    Huh? What?
    Difficulty Level:
  • November 23, 2005 Contents of Book

Contents of this book are: LISZT: Etude in C, op. 1 no. 1; MacDOWELL: "March Wind", op. 46 no. 10 (from 12 virtuoso studies); CHOPIN: Etude in F minor, op. 25 no. 2; CHOPIN: Etude in C minor, op. 10 no. 12; CHOPIN: Etude in Ab Major (from Trois Nouvelles...

Etudes); SCRIABIN: Etude in C# minor, op. 2 no. 1; MOSZKOWSKI: Etude in F, op. 72 no. 6; I have only worked on one song from this book, the Moszkowski. The entire book has a fairly large amount of editorial fingering. The Moszkowski etude is very short and very fast, but I found it to be very boring and unmelodic. I give the Moszkowski etude one star for being boring, but I have not heard or worked on the other etudes so I cannot properly review them.
