  • August 27, 2009 Fantastic book.

One of the best blues sheet music books i've ever bought. CD is invaluable and great to jam along to. Sure, most songs are for a trio but its not to hard to work out a baseline, and although the riffs look scary, its easy to change or simplify...

(this is jazz after all!!) and making it your own sounds like oscars ghost is passing through you. Can't understand the negative reviews; easy to read and the chords help the understanding of jazz progressions and...how hard is it to write the missing key signature on??! A smile on my face with every note played and I can't put it down. 5/5. oh yeah....

  • August 26, 2008 challenging but great pleasure

It is a genuine possibility to play Oscar Petersons music. Accompanying CD helps a lot to imitate all characteristic features. I am looking forward to additional musical treats.

  • March 13, 2008 It's a real music dictionnary

I purchased this nice book and I'm really impressed by the contain. I think this is a ''all you must know about jazz riffs''book. The possibility to ear the songs is a very good gift to the pianist who likes to learn by ear with a book. If...

you want to learn seriously jazz and you have enough time to decript partitions, buy this encyclopedia!

  • July 28, 2007 How to Waste Money

Merely order this sheet music and, unless you're a professional musician and can read another musician's hand-written chart (which looks an awful lot like scrawling), you have just wasted your money. I have no idea how to read this junk - I thought I was getting an actual...

piece of sheet music, this is an insult.
