I bought this for a 10-piece band made up of players from beginner to four years experience. Having all four parts available for each instrument is great. The book labelled Piano/Conductor is misleading in my opinion. What is in the book is a two part oboe part and...

a piano reduction. All the other books have four parts. We've started with the Grinch, which is probably the most challenging piece, but goes with the season. You definitely need a good instrumentalist to play the lead.
