  • February 12, 2013 Modern Chords by Vic Juris

This is a great book when you combine it with the video. Vic Juris goes through some of the chords starting at page 22. Intervals 4th and 6th. Now the video is great because Vic goes through some the concepts from the book. He also does tunes "All the Things...

You Are" and "Stella by Starlight". He also goes through so picking technique, which is not in the book. But the challenging chord moments that one has to execute will challenge that left hand for sure. Vic Juris is an old school player that back in the day did the fusion jazz thing. He really is a great player and teacher. Not to mention he's from my home state of New Jersey!
