"One of the truest forms of American music is jazz, with its roots stemming from the south. I remember the first time I saw former President Clintonperforming saxophone on a nighttime talk show. That night, he mesmerized the young and the old. Perhaps a little flavor of this colorful musician is preserved in Mischievous! This movement ends with a cadenza that should be played as if it were a lead guitar improvisation. It should begin slowly and then gradually accelerate, leading the band to its final climax."Composer, Alexander Peskanov
