This book is very easy to follow and an excellent way to learn to play songs from one of the greatest albums of the 1990s.

Enter Sandman is the best song in this book. Most of the other song are pretty easy.Nothing Else Matters is a good song for beginners. You just have to figure out the timing.

[...] this book is possibly one of the greatest tabbed books ever, i thought it would be hard but its easy, i recomend getting this book first of any metallica book, then once you get good i recommend getting load or reload, cause thats when newsted really shines, some people may...

disagree but i have master of puppets and ride the lighting and i'd say load and reload are harder, but anyway great ass book well worth the money!

  • April 29, 2006 Newsted is great

This tab book is very accurate, with Jason often providing a solid foundation for the guitars to build on. Because of this, alot of the songs mainly consist of simple rhythms and many open notes. With the exception of one or two songs (Through the Never), this tab book is...

good to build up you picking skills, and it also shows you that you don't have to be flash to be a good, solid bass player

This book is very good for beginners, the song I reccomend to start with is Enter Sandman, its quite easy... but remember don't let the first lines of the bass tab for this song full you!
